About the Art: Little by Wallace Woo shows that nature is the key of power, no matter how big, we are actually just tiny little specks of dust. This acrylic piece will look amazing in any room of your home or office. Purchase 2 or more to form an exceptional collage.

Woo’s artmaking process begins when he feels at peace. At the beginning of a work he calms himself, in order to make the painting without imbuing it with the world’s frustrations. He draws frustration out by reading about the wisdom of Zen, which impacts him and his artwork. He views painting as a precious tool to share the peace of mind and positive thinking he can attain while painting, and that he has stored since he was a teenager. The liquid flow in this piece represents the self, in this case the soul that guides him to create his artworks.

Woo is also inspired by the shapes water makes. The changes the natural flow of water provides on the canvas feel straightforward and unpretentious to him, and thus naturally reflect his personality and inner Zen, like the use of black and white. In the face of frustrations in the fashion world and difficult people, he feels proud that he remained flexible, like liquid.
