About the Artist: Judith Lungen was born in Jersey City, New Jersey, Judith currently lives in Jerusalem. From the age of eight her destiny was living and working in the world of art. She studied watercolors with Robert Longo, scenic and set design at the Mountaindale Playhouse summer stock repertory company musical theatre in the round. Later in her career, Judith was commissioned to design and paint a series of murals in Central Israel. Judith gratefully credits award-winning Art Director, the late Amelia Edwards as her greatest mentor when they worked together in London's Walker Books, a children's book publishing company.
