What kind of car do you drive, what kind do you want, what style car turns your head Cars are a form of "useful art having both an aesthetic and utilitarian dimension " says John Hospers in Art Philosophy. I love cars, their shapes, form, color, movement. Cars have power and influence over people. In my collage work I want to show the connection between people and cars. I use words to help convey my thoughts and feelings about the relationship. Sometimes the works are humorous, other times elegant or complex; our lives are connected to this piece of "useful art." ~ Laurie Rosenberg Available for purchase: A Reproduction of a "8 x 12" Mixed Media collage.
